These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the legal relationship between you and Etmobigame Pte. Ltd. (a company registered in Singapore, hereinafter referred to as "Etmobigame", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). They regulate all your behaviors when using all game products, official websites, clients, communities and related value-added services provided by Etmobigame (collectively referred to as the "Services"). Your use of the Services is also subject to the Etmobigame Privacy Policy and all supplementary rules published by the Platform, which constitute an integral part of this Agreement and shall be observed by you.

Before accessing, browsing, registering an account, downloading, logging in and using the Services, you must fully read and agree to these Terms of Service and the Etmobigame Privacy Policy. You may use the Services through account registration or third-party authorized login. Once you complete account registration or actually use the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity. If you access the Services through third-party social platforms (SNS) such as Facebook and Google, you shall also comply with the service rules of the corresponding third-party platforms. For matters related to the use of the Services, these Terms shall prevail.

Your installation, login, use or other access to the Services constitutes your voluntary acceptance and agreement to all provisions of these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any content of these Terms, you shall immediately stop installing, accessing and using the Services. All usage behaviors are invalid in regions where the use of the Services is prohibited by laws and regulations.

Etmobigame reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and other platform rules at any time according to operational needs, version updates and legal compliance changes. Your continued use of the Services shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of the latest revised content. If you do not recognize the currently effective Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and platform operation rules at any time, your right to use the Services shall terminate immediately, and you must stop all usage behaviors immediately.

1. Service License

1.1 Grant of Limited Use License

On the premise that you agree to and strictly abide by these Terms of Service and all Etmobigame compliance policies, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sub-licensable and revocable limited personal use license, solely for you to access and use the Services for personal non-commercial entertainment purposes. You promise not to use the Services for any profit, commercial, infringing or illegal purposes.

Your use of the Services is subject to the following basic restrictions:

  1. Users under the age of 18 shall not independently create accounts or access core game services and paid functions. You shall actively restrict minors from using the Services and prohibit independent access by users under 18 years of age. All unauthorized use, recharge and consumption behaviors of minors shall be borne by their guardians with full legal and economic liabilities.
  2. You shall not purchase, sell, rent, gift, share or trade platform accounts; nor shall you register or use accounts with false identities, false information or impersonating others. If your account has been deleted, banned or restricted from using any Etmobigame service, you shall not re-register accounts to circumvent restrictions or use the Services in violation of regulations.
  3. Accounts are for personal use only. It is strictly prohibited to publish commercial advertisements, investment promotion drainage and marketing content through the Services, or send chain letters, spam, duplicate messages, misleading messages and all commercial promotion content to other users.

Login Information and Your Account

You may set your own account password or use official authentication data to access your account (collectively referred to as "Login Information"). You shall not share, lend or transfer your Login Information and account to others, nor allow third parties to access or control your account, or engage in any behaviors that endanger account security. If you discover or reasonably suspect any security risks such as account loss, theft, leakage of Login Information or abnormal login, you shall immediately notify Etmobigame and modify your Login Information actively. You shall be fully responsible for the confidentiality of your Login Information. All operations, consumption and interactive behaviors generated by using your Login Information, whether authorized by you or not, shall be solely borne by you, and you shall assume all matters and consequences related to the account.

Etmobigame reserves the right to delete, recycle or reset any account nickname at any time for any reason, including but not limited to third-party claims of nickname infringement, violation or non-compliance. For each compatible device, only one valid account can be bound and logged in for a single game. Multi-opening, batch login and multi-device shared login are prohibited.

Prohibited Behaviors Under License

We strictly prohibit all behaviors that violate license restrictions. Once discovered, the Platform may immediately revoke your use license and reserve the right to pursue your legal liabilities. You promise not to engage in the following behaviors under any circumstances:

  1. Engaging in any behaviors that violate the operation purpose of the Services, disrupt platform order or improperly occupy service resources;
  2. Directly or indirectly participating in cheating, illegal abuse, or using automatic scripts, robot programs, hacking tools, Trojans and all unauthorized third-party tools to modify, interfere with or damage the normal operation and user experience of the Services and games;
  3. Privately modifying or inducing others to modify any client, server files and supporting programs of the Services and affiliated games without the explicit written consent of Etmobigame;
  4. Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation process of the Services, obtaining improper advantages by exploiting bugs, loopholes, ranking manipulation and malicious data brushing, and undermining game fairness and other users' experience;
  5. Interfering with, overloading or attacking servers and network devices carrying the Services, or assisting third parties in committing the above violations;
  6. Spreading viruses, conducting denial-of-service attacks, malicious crawling, data theft and other behaviors to disrupt the normal operation of the Platform and the normal use of other users;
  7. Bypassing the official platform interfaces and authorized channels to illegally access the Services, others' accounts, servers and associated networks, and circumventing, modifying or cracking platform security mechanisms, risk control systems and protection programs;
  8. Publishing abusive, threatening, obscene, violent, defamatory, discriminatory, politically sensitive, infringing, harassing and other illegal or immoral content, and prohibiting sending harassing messages without others' permission;
  9. Publishing pictures, videos and related links containing nudity, excessive violence and vulgar illegal content;
  10. Harassing, insulting or harming other users, Etmobigame staff and customer service personnel, or inciting others to commit the above behaviors;
  11. Publishing or disseminating infringing content through the Services that violates the legitimate rights and interests of third parties such as copyright, trademark right, patent right, trade secret and privacy right, or impersonating Etmobigame staff or third-party entities;
  12. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling or decoding the Services, game clients and server programs to illegally obtain underlying codes, source codes and platform intellectual property rights, and stealing service data without authorization;
  13. Illegally soliciting or stealing others' account login information, authentication data and personal privacy information;
  14. Collecting, disclosing or disseminating others' personal identifiable information, certificate information, financial information and other private data through the Services.

Etmobigame has the final right to judge violations. We reserve the right to impose penalties including account suspension, permission ban, virtual asset clearance, and restriction from using all or part of the Services according to the severity of violations.

1.2 Suspension and Termination of Accounts and Services

Without prejudice to the Platform's right of recourse and claim for compensation, if you violate these Terms or the Platform reasonably suspects you of violating these Terms, or of illegally or improperly using the Services, Etmobigame has the right to restrict, suspend, terminate, modify or delete your account independently without prior notice, or restrict your access to all or part of the Services. After account suspension, ban or cancellation, you will lose all rights and interests including account name, game characters, virtual assets, benefits and paid props. Etmobigame shall not be liable for any compensation, refund or indemnity.

If the Platform determines that your use poses security risks, illegal suspicions, infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, or violates these Terms and platform rules, we have the right to ban your account, prohibit your access to platform games, websites and all Services, remove hosted content, and adopt technical and legal means to prevent your continued use of the Services. The Platform may permanently terminate the account access rights of users who repeatedly infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Etmobigame reserves the right to clean up, recycle and cancel inactive accounts with no login, no activity and no consumption records for 180 consecutive days. After cancellation, all account data and virtual assets will be cleared without reservation or compensation.

Etmobigame may suspend, adjust or terminate all or part of the Services or individual or multiple game operations at any time, upon which the user's service license will automatically terminate. The Platform shall not be liable for refunds, benefit return or compensation for invalidated rights or data changes caused by service suspension or version adjustment.

You have the right to apply for account termination for any reason at any time by submitting a cancellation application through official customer service channels. The constraints of this Agreement on you will terminate automatically after account cancellation.

1.3 Game Suspension Announcement Mechanism

If Etmobigame terminates the operation of a single game or overall Services, we will publish a suspension announcement on the official website homepage, game login page and recharge purchase page at least 30 days in advance. If you have reserved valid contact information during registration, the Platform will notify you through the reserved communication channels to protect your right to know in accordance with the law.

2. Ownership Provisions

2.1 Game and Service Ownership

All rights, ownership, intellectual property rights and legitimate interests related to the Services and all affiliated games, including but not limited to game products, titles, program codes, scene themes, game objects, character images, character names, storylines, dialogues, creative concepts, graphics and animations, sound effects and music, audio-visual materials, operation logic, official documents, game chat records, character files, client and server program data, are owned by Etmobigame or relevant authorized partners. Etmobigame reserves all intellectual property rights and exclusive legitimate rights related to the Services and games.

2.2 Account Ownership

You clearly confirm and agree that you only have limited personal right to use the account, and do not enjoy any ownership or property rights over the account. All rights, interests, data and permissions related to the account are exclusively owned by Etmobigame.

2.3 Virtual Item Ownership

All virtual assets in the Services, including virtual currency, diamonds, props, skins, materials and benefit packages, are owned and operated by Etmobigame. Whether the virtual assets are obtained for free, through tasks or purchased by payment, you only have limited in-game usage rights, without any property ownership, transaction rights or disposal rights. The Platform has the right to adjust, modify, remove or clear virtual assets according to operational rules without any refund or compensation liability to users.

3. User Content

3.1 User Content Submission Rules

"User Content" refers to all content uploaded, published or transmitted by you or other users through the Services, including but not limited to game chat texts, images, voices, videos, comments, dynamics, community posts and various data materials. By submitting or publishing any User Content, you warrant that: the content is true, accurate, non-confidential and non-misleading; the content does not violate laws, regulations or contractual obligations, and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights and other legitimate rights and interests (including valid authorization for third-party content); the content contains no viruses, Trojans, malicious programs or harmful codes; you agree that the Platform processes personal information contained in the content in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3.2 Content Review and Supervision

Etmobigame is not obligated to pre-review or real-time monitor all User Content, and users shall bear all risks for content published by themselves. You may encounter inappropriate, offensive or illegal content during the use of the Services, for which the Platform shall not be liable. The Platform has the right to monitor and record user service interaction behaviors, chats, speeches and other communication content through technical means or manual review.

Your use of the Services constitutes your irrevocable consent to the Platform's monitoring and recording of User Content, and you waive the right to privacy for public content in the Services. The Platform may independently review, block, edit, delete or remove any illegal User Content without prior notice or reason explanation. The Platform has the right but no obligation to edit, review or screen User Content, and shall not be held ultimately responsible for illegal content published by users.

3.2.1 Public Content Usage Instructions

The Services include public functions such as communities, forums, chats and dynamic publishing. Public content independently published by users can be browsed, viewed and reposted by other users. The Platform cannot guarantee that other users will not use your public content. If you need to keep personal opinions, information and content confidential, please do not publish them publicly in the Services. The Platform shall not be liable for third-party use of user public content.

3.2.2 User Content Liability Attribution

All User Content published and disseminated through the Services shall be independently borne by the publisher with full legal liability. The Platform may independently judge whether the content is illegal, and has the right to refuse publication or directly delete any User Content without any liability.

3.3 User Content License Grant

You hereby grant Etmobigame an irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free and full license (including the right to sublicense third parties) to copy, edit, adapt, modify, create derivative works, conduct commercial promotion, publish, disseminate online, publicly display, publicly play and store your published User Content, for legitimate purposes such as service operation, update, promotion and publicity.

You unconditionally authorize the Platform to use your name, portrait, copywriting, materials and other relevant information contained in the published content free of charge, without any remuneration or further notice to you. Except for circumstances prohibited by mandatory laws, you voluntarily waive the right of authorship and personal moral rights for User Content, whether the content is modified or re-created by the Platform. This license does not affect your legitimate right to use and develop your own User Content. The Platform is not obligated to monitor or protect the intellectual property rights of your User Content.

3.4 User Interaction and Dispute Resolution

You shall bear full responsibility for all interactions, communications, transactions and disputes with other users and third parties through the Services. The Platform has the right but no obligation to intervene in user disputes and mediation. You shall fully cooperate with the Platform's investigation into violations, fraud and illegal behaviors, including allowing the Platform to verify your account usage records.

In the event of disputes with other users, you voluntarily exempt Etmobigame, its management personnel, directors, employees and cooperative entities from all liabilities, and the Platform shall not be responsible for any associated claims or losses.

4. Payment and Purchase Terms

4.1 Virtual Asset Purchase Rules

Users may purchase platform authorized virtual service rights and interests through legal tender, including: (a) platform virtual currency and game diamonds; (b) various game virtual props, skins, gift packages, privileges and other virtual items (collectively referred to as "Virtual Assets"); (c) other paid value-added services of the Platform. Users may only purchase Virtual Assets through official Etmobigame channels or officially authorized cooperative channels, and private transactions are prohibited.

Etmobigame reserves the right to independently manage, adjust, modify, remove or clear Virtual Assets and paid commodities at any time without prior notice, and shall not be liable to users or third parties.

Except for explicit written authorization by the Platform, all Virtual Assets are non-transferable, non-tradable, non-cashable and non-giftable. Users shall not sell, purchase, exchange or transfer Virtual Assets to any third party. Violators will have their accounts banned and assets cleared by the Platform.

All purchases and redemptions of Virtual Assets are final transactions and non-refundable upon purchase. After the Platform confirms your paid order, the corresponding virtual service will be delivered immediately, and no return, refund or cashing is supported after delivery.

4.2 Payment and Refund Rules

You promise to bear all consumption fees and taxes generated by your account and others' use of your account. The Platform reserves the right to adjust the pricing of paid commodities and value-added services at any time. You clearly understand and agree that the Platform has no mandatory refund obligation. No refund, compensation, cashing or replacement is supported for voluntary account cancellation, passive account suspension or deactivation, or unused or expired Virtual Assets.

5. Service Updates and Upgrades

The Services require continuous iterative optimization. The Platform has the right to update, upgrade, repair and adjust game clients, server programs, service functions and gameplay content at any time. You agree to unconditionally accept version updates, patch installations and function upgrades pushed by the Platform, and the Platform does not need to give additional notice for updates. To normally use the Services, you shall independently adapt to and update device systems and supporting third-party programs.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Subject to mandatory legal provisions and Clause 7 of these Terms, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Etmobigame makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for specific purposes, complete rights, non-infringement, fault-free operation, uninterrupted service, full bug fixes, permanent server stability and zero-delay or error-free service. You expressly agree that you use the Services entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

The Platform shall not be liable for breach of contract or compensation if service performance failure, service interruption or functional abnormality is caused by force majeure events beyond reasonable prediction and control, including natural disasters, wars, epidemics, government control, network failures, large-scale server paralysis and third-party service interruptions. The Platform will resume the Services as soon as possible after the force majeure event ends.

Privacy Policy

Etmobigame Pte. Ltd. ("Etmobigame", "we", "us", "our") attaches great importance to user privacy and data security. We strictly comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and govern the collection, use, storage, disclosure and protection of users' personal data. This Privacy Policy applies to all users who access and use our games, official websites, clients, communities and all related services.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out the types of personal data we collect, the purposes of collection, the methods of usage and disclosure, data retention rules, security protection measures, and all legal rights of users regarding personal data access, correction, deletion and consent withdrawal. This policy constitutes a binding agreement together with the Etmobigame Terms of Service.

2. Collection of Personal Data

Personal data refers to any information that can directly or indirectly identify an individual. We collect personal data only on a lawful, necessary and minimal basis:

2.1 Basic Identity Data: Name, nickname, email address and contact information voluntarily provided by you during account registration, third-party login (Facebook, Google, Apple, etc.), surveys and interactive activities.

2.2 Payment & Transaction Data: Billing and payment information generated during your purchase of virtual assets and paid services. We only transmit necessary payment data to authorized payment processors for settlement. We do not store complete bank card numbers, payment card credentials or private payment keys.

2.3 Transaction Records: All recharge, consumption, item redemption and service subscription records generated on our platform.

2.4 Partner Data: Subject to your consent, we may obtain legitimate public account and transaction data from our authorized business partners and compliant data service providers.

2.5 Aggregated Data: We may combine internally collected user data with legitimate data obtained from partners for service optimization and user experience improvement, fully in compliance with privacy regulations.

2.6 Anonymous Statistical Data: Non-identifiable anonymous data including postal code, region, time zone, age range, gender, game preferences and interests for statistical analysis and product optimization.

2.7 Device & Access Data: Automatically collected device and network information such as IP address, device model, browser type, access domain, login time, visited pages and referral sources to ensure service stability, fault diagnosis and risk prevention.

3. Use of Personal Data

All collected personal data shall only be used for the disclosed legitimate purposes or directly related service scenarios. We will not expand the scope of usage without your explicit consent. Primary usage purposes are as follows:

3.1 Service Operation: Account registration, identity verification, login authentication, account security management, user communication, customer support and daily service maintenance.

3.2 Notification Delivery: Sending account status updates, transaction alerts, security updates, service upgrades and official announcements via your reserved contact information; sending customized content with your consent.

3.3 Service Optimization & Research: User behavior analysis, statistics, market research and product iteration to improve game functions and user experience.

3.4 Risk Prevention & Compliance: Detecting cheating, violations, fraud, system faults and security vulnerabilities to protect platform and user rights.

3.5 Customized Content: Providing personalized game content, activities and promotional materials based on user preferences and behavioral data.

3.6 Legal Compliance: Conducting data retention, reporting and compliance procedures in accordance with Singapore PDPA and applicable laws.

We will never sell, rent or transfer user lists or core private data to third parties. We may share desensitized data with trusted partners for statistics, email delivery, customer service and order fulfillment under strict confidentiality agreements. Third parties are prohibited from unauthorized data usage and disclosure.

We will not collect, use or disclose sensitive personal data such as race, religion or political beliefs without your explicit written consent.

4. Data Disclosure & Third-Party Sharing

We will not disclose or share your personal data arbitrarily except for the following compliant scenarios:

4.1 User Authorization: Third-party data sharing explicitly approved and authorized by you.

4.2 Operational Necessity: Sharing necessary desensitized data with compliant technical service providers, payment institutions and operation partners to support platform daily operation, with binding confidentiality obligations.

4.3 Business Restructuring: In cases of merger, acquisition, asset transfer or equity change, user data may be transferred as business assets. We will continue to guarantee data confidentiality and notify users of policy changes if applicable.

4.4 Legal Requirements: Disclosing data in compliance with Singapore laws, judicial procedures and government regulatory requirements, or to enforce our terms of service, prevent fraud and security risks, and protect legitimate rights and public safety.

5. Cookie Usage Policy

5.1 We use Cookies and similar technologies to optimize user experience and account security. Cookies are small text files stored on user devices to record preferences and access status. Cookies cannot execute programs or spread viruses and can only be accessed by our official domain.

5.2 Purposes of Cookies: User identity recognition, session security protection, preference recording, technical fault diagnosis, user volume statistics and service optimization.

5.3 User Options: You may accept, reject or disable Cookies via browser settings. Disabling Cookies may affect partial interactive and personalized functions of our services.

5.4 Third-Party Cookies: Our partners may deploy independent Cookies on our platform, which are governed by their own privacy policies. We assume no liability for third-party data processing behaviors.

6. Minor Data Protection

6.1 Our services are available only to users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 18. Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent before using our services.

6.2 If you are a guardian and confirm that we have unintentionally collected minor data, please contact us immediately, and we will delete the relevant data in a timely manner.

7. Third-Party Websites & Services

We are not responsible for third-party data security and compliance. Users are advised to review third-party privacy policies independently.

8. Personal Data Security

We adopt industry-standard technical, managerial and operational security measures to protect user personal data from unauthorized access, tampering, leakage, theft and destruction:

8.1 Regularly optimize data collection, storage and processing mechanisms and upgrade system security defenses;

8.2 Provide regular data privacy and security training for internal staff;

8.3 Strictly restrict data access permissions and require all staff to sign confidentiality agreements with disciplinary and legal liability for violations;

8.4 Users shall be solely responsible for personal information actively disclosed in public communities, forums and chat rooms.

9. Data Retention Policy

9.1 We retain user personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill service purposes, legal compliance and legitimate business interests, in accordance with Singapore PDPA.

9.2 Data without mandatory legal retention requirements will be desensitized or deleted after service termination or purpose completion.

9.3 After you delete your account or personal data, backup data will not be erased immediately but will be completely deleted within a reasonable period to protect your privacy rights.

10. User Data Rights

In accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete personal data, withdraw consent, restrict data usage and obtain data copies.

10.1 You may submit data right applications via our official customer service email. We will respond within the compliant time limit.

10.2 All applications require identity verification to prevent malicious requests and data leakage.

10.3 We may reasonably reject repetitive, unreasonable, technically impractical or privacy-invasive applications with valid explanations.

10.4 You may independently manage third-party authorization permissions and revoke Etmobigame access in Facebook, Google, Apple and other third-party platforms.

10.5 You may appoint an authorized agent to exercise your data rights by providing valid agent certification information.

11. Third-Party Social Platform Data Processing

11.1 If you log in via third-party platforms such as Facebook, Google and Apple, we only collect necessary public profile and email information for account creation, identity verification and personalized services.

11.2 If you remove our application authorization on third-party platforms, we will delete your corresponding authorized data permanently, and such data cannot be recovered after deletion.

12. Policy Updates & Revisions

We may revise this Privacy Policy irregularly to adapt to service upgrades, business adjustments and legal updates. The revised policy will take effect upon official website publication. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest policy. We recommend users review this policy regularly.
